| This project includes asbestos abatement and handicap accessibility remodeling of existing 1937 City Hall building. The design process included many changes in scope and budget. The new layout includes redesigned courtroom, information technology offices, and a remodeled office space for city management. The project was designed in 2000 with construction completed in 2006. John Erickson and Ted Gertsch are overseeing the construction administration of this project in conjunction with other employees of Gertsch/Baker & Associates |
