Albany County Title

This project consists of a new office building to house both the title and escrow departments of the company. Each department requires offices and storage, while both share support rooms and reception area. Ted Gertsch, John Erickson, Ben Bryan, Christie Roberts, Tom Bryant, and Ron Coates produced the construction documents for this project. The construction was completed in 2007.
